Everything valuable and everything dangerous shares one property. Both stay hidden until somebody measures them. truelevel measures them, and turns the decision that follows from a bet into a confirmation.
A survey produces a multi-domain observation record at every interrogated point.
The record does not interpret itself. Different subsurface situations produce similar observations. Determining which explanations survive the physical constraints is the interpretive work, and truelevel performs it through a structured interpretation layer.
The hardware decides what can be measured. The interpretation decides what can be concluded.

A physical sample of the target material is characterized under controlled conditions before deployment. The reference describes repeatable behavior within stated conditions.
In the field, GHOST interrogates a surface point through depth, under the active reference and the local conditions.
The observation is evaluated against the reference, the site, and the survey geometry. What is supported is reported. What is unresolved is reported as unresolved.
The result is consistent with the observations and their uncertainty.
The target response is not supported at the stated sensitivity.
The observations do not distinguish the requested answer.
A material reference narrows the question. It does not make every compatible response unique.
A material indication does not by itself determine every reservoir property.
Depth, material discrimination and spatial resolution are separate performance quantities. Each requires its own test.
truelevel does not publish its calibration artifacts, its measurement implementation, or its interpretation architecture. Performance is demonstrated against independent reference data under blind protocol. That is the appropriate test of a measurement system, and it is the one truelevel submits to.
Every result in truelevel's record was produced by a single hand built instrument. The fleet takes that instrument from one to seven platforms across land, air and sea.

A runway sits on ground that can be undermined. A border is crossed underneath more often than across. An embassy is protected above grade and assumed safe below it. A protected site holds a volume, not a boundary. truelevel is developing the measurement engine toward that volume: what is buried in it, what class of material it is, and what has changed since the last pass.
An alert is not a decision.

Because a survey can be repeated at the same point against the same reference, a site is not scanned once. It is baselined, then monitored.
