Certainty about what is hidden.

truelevel measures directly what the rest of the industry infers. One instrument. One AI interpretation layer. Deployed as an operator, not licensed as software.

/ 00 · Thesis

Everything valuable and everything dangerous shares one property. Both stay hidden until somebody measures them. truelevel measures them, and turns the decision that follows from a bet into a confirmation.

/ 01 · Capture and explain
01

Capture with hardware.

A survey produces a multi-domain observation record at every interrogated point.

02

Explain with AI.

The record does not interpret itself. Different subsurface situations produce similar observations. Determining which explanations survive the physical constraints is the interpretive work, and truelevel performs it through a structured interpretation layer.

The hardware decides what can be measured. The interpretation decides what can be concluded.

GHOST

Geophysical Harmonized Observation of Spatial Targets

A known material reference. A more accountable view of the subsurface.

/ The field question

Does the complete observation support the calibrated material at this location, under the conditions measured here?

Every GHOST survey answers that question, point by point, depth by depth.
/ Characterize first
01

Material

A physical sample of the target material is characterized under controlled conditions before deployment. The reference describes repeatable behavior within stated conditions.

02

Measurement

In the field, GHOST interrogates a surface point through depth, under the active reference and the local conditions.

03

Interpretation

The observation is evaluated against the reference, the site, and the survey geometry. What is supported is reported. What is unresolved is reported as unresolved.

/ What GHOST reports
Whether the observation supports the calibrated material at a point.
Depth, and where distinguishable a top and a base.
Lateral extent where the measurements support it.
Reservoir or resource property estimates where the measurements support them.
Confidence, and the part of the response that remains unresolved.
/ Three outcomes
Supported

The result is consistent with the observations and their uncertainty.

Not detected within scope

The target response is not supported at the stated sensitivity.

Inconclusive

The observations do not distinguish the requested answer.

These are never merged into a single negative. An inconclusive result is not counted as a correct negative.
/ What GHOST is not

A material reference narrows the question. It does not make every compatible response unique.

A material indication does not by itself determine every reservoir property.

Depth, material discrimination and spatial resolution are separate performance quantities. Each requires its own test.

/ Proprietary by design

truelevel does not publish its calibration artifacts, its measurement implementation, or its interpretation architecture. Performance is demonstrated against independent reference data under blind protocol. That is the appropriate test of a measurement system, and it is the one truelevel submits to.

/ The fleet

One instrument. Seven platforms.

Every result in truelevel's record was produced by a single hand built instrument. The fleet takes that instrument from one to seven platforms across land, air and sea.

Program status

GHOST PRV is in service. GHOST Walker, Nomad, Rover and Halo, and the HOOT platform line, are in funded development. Nothing on this page is offered as available before it is.

/ Divisions

Three discovery divisions.

01

Energy

Hydrocarbons mapped before the bit turns. Depth, extent and reservoir properties reported where the measurements support them.

02

Water

Locating and qualifying groundwater where models cannot. Depth, extent, and water class discrimination against a calibrated reference.

03

Minerals

Ore bodies measured, not inferred. Pre-drill intelligence for the metals the transition runs on.

Material classes currently in service span hydrocarbons, groundwater, precious metals, gemstones, battery metals, base metals and industrial minerals. Each class requires its own characterized reference. Classes not yet in service can be brought into service through commissioned characterization.

/ Field record

We locked the prediction. Somebody else drilled it.

Between locking the prediction and the reference logs being acquired on the first well
20 of 21
Blind pre-drill depth points passed at 10 m tolerance, across three operator-partnered wells in two countries
/ Method
01

The operator selects the locations. truelevel receives coordinates and nothing else.

02

truelevel surveys, and exports its predictions as a timestamped, read-only artifact.

03

That artifact is delivered to the operator before any reference data is disclosed to truelevel.

04

The operator scores the result using its own logs and its own criteria. truelevel does not hold the reference data and does not score.

/ Campaigns
North America · 2025 · Onshore

Blind pre-drill depth prediction locked 67 days before wireline acquisition. Three scored boundaries, all within reporting resolution.

Middle East · 2026 · Onshore, two wells

Operator-held reference, single-blind. Eighteen scored points, seventeen within tolerance.

Central America · 2025 to 2026

Regional survey and pre-drill assessment across a licensed area, submitted to the national petroleum authority.

East Africa · 2024 to 2026

Onshore hydrocarbon reconnaissance and mineral licensing across a multi-region program.

Field programs on four continents
Honesty block

One scored point failed, by one metre beyond tolerance. It is reported in full and excluded from nothing. The pooled dataset is small and truelevel reports it as evidence of reliability, not as a population-level guarantee.

Independent interpretation on the first well was performed before the interpreter joined truelevel.

/ Research and development

Programs in development.

The measurement engine has a validated field record in energy. The programs below apply it to problems where that record does not yet exist. Each is being taken through the same discipline: blind protocols, predictions locked before disclosure, independent scoring. Nothing is published as validated before it passes.

R/01 Applied development program

Defence and security

A runway sits on ground that can be undermined. A border is crossed underneath more often than across. An embassy is protected above grade and assumed safe below it. A protected site holds a volume, not a boundary. truelevel is developing the measurement engine toward that volume: what is buried in it, what class of material it is, and what has changed since the last pass.

An alert is not a decision.

Most detection reports presence. Calibrated recognition indicates material class. Only one of those supports action.

Change is the signal.

Because a survey can be repeated at the same point against the same reference, a site is not scanned once. It is baselined, then monitored.

R/02
Early stage research program

Airspace

Detection that does not require a target to transmit, and classification of what a target is made of rather than what it is broadcasting. Early stage. No performance record exists and none is claimed.

R/03
Early stage research program

Applied research

The same measurement discipline turned toward other material systems. Early stage, laboratory only, no clinical or diagnostic application and no performance record.

Two-person crew. Two cases and a tripod. A standard vehicle. No excavation and no disruption to operations. Every program on this page is development, and is described as development.
